The Coherence Principle

A New Framework for Human Resilience, Relationships, and Renewal

by Kathryn Jordan, LMFT, RMT, CCTP, CIEMP

The Coherence Principle offers language for what you have carried, structure for what has felt impossible to name, and a path toward healing that does not ask you to become someone else, but to come back into deeper relationship with what has always been true.

At its heart, this is a book about return: to the body, to meaning, to inner authority, to right relationship, and to the parts of ourselves and our world that have been waiting to come back into coherence.

This book traces the patterns beneath the surface of human experience: the adaptations that became identity, the inherited systems that shaped perception, the survival strategies that organized the body, the relationships that taught us who we had to become, and the deeper intelligence that remained intact beneath it all.

The Coherence Principle moves from recognition into practice. It explores the conditions that have shaped human life, the organizing principle that makes sustainable change possible, and the lived practices through which coherence begins to return to the body, the self, the relationship, and the systems we inhabit.

It is written for those who have felt themselves fragmented by frameworks too small to hold the fullness of their experience. For those who have sensed that real healing requires more than insight alone. For those who are ready for language, structure, and practice that can meet the depth of what they have lived and the possibility of what they are becoming.

The Coherence Principle is currently in development.
